The Allure Sunlounger is largely characterised by its streamline design and uncomplicated appearance. This lounger is as comfortable as it is fuss-free and has been precisely designed to occupy any outdoor space. Maze Lounge work with La Vita Fabrics to engineer furniture made to last.
Cleaning & Care Instructions:
- Cushion covers are showerproof. Please store in a dry area when not in use.
- Cushion covers can be cleaned with a damp cloth and warm soapy water.
- Do not use fabric softener/conditioner as this may impact the showerproof properties.
- Do not machine wash or tumble-dry cushion covers.
Rattan and Frame:
- Use warm water and a non-abrasive/non-aggressive liquid detergent.
- Wipe using a soft damp cloth.
- Do not rub or scrub the surfaces with abrasive materials.
- Use coasters/mats to protect the surface when placing items.
- Do not put hot items directly on to the surfaces.
- Do not store glass on its side during assembly, safely place on a flat surface
Can furniture be left outside all year round?
Yes, the outdoor fabric range is specifically designed to be left outside all year round, you won’t even need to put away your cushions.
How do I clean my cushions?
Accidents happen, if you have a small spill on the fabric it can be cleaned immediately with soapy water. Thanks to the finish on the fabric the majority of spills can simply be wiped off.
I can’t get this stubborn stain out, what do I do?
For a tough stain clean immediately with a mixture of:
150ml of bleach
40ml of mild soap
2 litres of water
Apply the solution and gently scrub with a soft-bristle brush. Let the mixture soak into the stain for about 15 minutes and then rinse until all the soap residue is gone. Finally, air dry and the set will be as good as new.
Do our products fade in sunlight?
Our fabric range boast sun hours of up to 2,500, all of our products are UV protected resulting in years of glorious colour.
Is our furniture fully assembled?
The majority of our sets arrive fully assembled, but for items such as tables we provide the full assembly kit and clear instructions to make the job as painless as possible!
Is the glass tempered?
We use tempered glass for your safety on all of our products.
FREE DELIVERY applies only to deliveries to the green area on the map, with a minimum cost of £250.
In case of delivery to red and blue areas, additional fees will apply.
The delivery fee is automatically updated at the checkout before the order is confirmed.
Planning your delivery
When we plan our deliveries at DAKO our main focus is to satisfy our customers and work around their schedule.
To make it easier for you, on your delivery day we will give you a morning or afternoon slot to choose from.
The driver will also inform you about the delivery 30 minutes prior to it.
We respect your time and we ask you to do the same with ours, that’s why we ask you to be home for the time of the delivery.

If you contact us in time, we will be able to rearrange your delivery date and avoid any additional costs for you.

Normal delivery times are 8am - 8pm on working days. However occasionally we will be able to offer weekend delivery dates.
Please ensure you supply the correct contact details as the buyer will be notified of a delivery date either by text message or a call.
If the goods you ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible usually within 1-10 working days.
Normally delivery is within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period (up to 10 weeks).
If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery day
and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
Usually we contact our customers within 1-3 days before the delivery date and inform them about the delivery time slot.
If it is not suitable for you, you can decline the time slot and we will rearrange delivery within 1-10 working days.
On the Day of the Delivery
When a delivery date has been agreed with our courier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery,
we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
This is not always the case as it depends on the courier company used for a specific delivery.
Goods are delivered to the building door only, and there will be no taking goods upstairs.
The goods will be left inside your premises at the safest convenient location.
Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs.
All transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the contractor’s risk and discretion unless agreed otherwise.
PLEASE NOTE: the “carry items upstairs” term also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor.
Our drivers are unaccompanied; they will not be able to move or take away any existing goods or property and will not carry out assembly or installation of the goods unless arranged.

Acceptance of the products
Other than where the buyer acts as a consumer the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products 5 working days after delivery to the buyer.
After acceptance the buyer shall not be entitled to reject products which are not in accordance with the contract.
