3. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

  • third-party courier services for smaller or flat-pack items.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Orders & Returns Policy.

You may be responsible for return costs unless otherwise stated.

This right does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
