Returns & Cancellation
1. 30-Day Right to Reject (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods and receive a full refund if they are:
This short-term right to reject is limited to 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
2. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you purchase goods online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing.
You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.
Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Goods must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. We may make a deduction for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Assembly & Condition of Returns
We strongly advise customers not to assemble items if damage is identified prior to assembly.
Where goods have been fully assembled, we reserve the right to assess whether any damage or loss in value has resulted from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and refrain from assembling the product until we have advised you.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
If you cancel before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
