Assembly Service

When you invest in quality furniture, it makes sense to ensure that the quality is maintained during assembly too.

Our assembly service is currently available only for selected wardrobes from our store.

If assembly is available for a particular product, you will see the option to add this service directly on the product page. The assembly price and the estimated duration of the service will also be displayed with the product.

Please note that assembly can only be ordered at the time of purchase by selecting the assembly option on the product page. If the assembly option is not available on the product page, this means that we are unable to offer assembly for that item.

You will need to provide:

- Parking space for our van

- Clear instructions on how to reach your home (if needed)

- Parking permit (if necessary)

Benefits:

You can relax and do something else, while our team will do the work for you.

You will save time and stress by using our service to ensure that your furniture is in perfect condition.

We can usually provide assembly service in the green area shown on the map, however there may be some exceptions. Unfortunately we are unable to provide assembly service in the red area.

How do I arrange an assembly?

Add assembly service by selecting

"Book assembly service"

option in product details.

What happens on the day of the assembly?

You will be assigned a time slot, and also will be contacted 30 minutes prior to the arrival by the fitting team.

How long will it take to build my furniture?

If you would like to know how long the assembly will take, please contact our customer service on

How much space will I need?

Before committing to an assembly service, here are some things to consider:

Be mindful of radiators, shelves, door handles, handrails, wall fixtures, light fittings, window sills, ceiling height, access to the room etc.

Our wardrobes are not fitted items, they are freestanding and extra space is required for the assembly.

For example, if your wardrobe is 250 cm wide and 215 cm high, please provide us with a floor space of 250 cm x 215 cm, plus 60 cm per measurement. This would then equate to a floor space of 310 cm x 275 cm. This allows the wardrobe to be built on the floor before being lifted up onto its base.

Please ensure that the desired location of your wardrobe has extra space on either side of at least 30 cm.

When an assembly date has been agreed with our delivery department, but the assembly cannot go ahead for reasons where the customer is at fault (e.g. insufficient space, room not prepared, customer unavailable, parking space unavailable etc.) we reserve the right to charge the customer full assembly fee.

Will you dispose of rubbish?

No, but the team will ensure the packaging is neatly bundled and ready to be moved to your disposal area.

Will you take away old furniture?

No, we do not have provision for this, and we ask you to clear all the work areas beforehand to have enough space for the assembly to take place.
